Having an up-to-date email address attached to your account is important on Tradeshift, so as to ensure you receive all relevant notifications. If you would like to change the email address that is currently associated with your account, you can do so directly from your 'User Settings'.

Company admins must remember to arrange for a new admin in the situation of them leaving the company. To familiarize yourself with adding a new company admin, please read this article.

To change the email address associated with your account, click on your account icon to expand the app launcher and access the 'User Settings'.

Once the user details window opens, you will be able to see a link to 'Change email'.

After clicking on the link, you will get a new view where you can insert your new email address. Note that you also have to enter your current password. You can use any email address that isn't associated with any other account on Tradeshift. After inserting the email address, click on the "Proceed" button to continue.

A confirmation email will be sent to this new email address. In that email, you (or the new user) will be asked to confirm the new email address. Clicking on the confirmation button will take you to a page where you must enter a new password. If you don't complete this procedure, the email address will not be changed.
